I wanted to say thanks to a few people at the dealership. I purchased a new Suburban back in October. A few days later I had some medical compilations come up and did not get back to the dealership until late December. I ran into Branden and right away he was concerned about my health first. After some fellowship he asked how he could help. He was straight up with me, he had no clue what was wrong with my vehicle but he knew the person who would. Kristen (Service Writer) got Mathew Dillard to look at the vehicle. Tyler (Sales Manager) saw me while they were servicing my vehicle and said we are going to take care of you Larry , Don't worry about a thing. Matthew had some follow up questions about my vehicle problems. He took the time to not only show me what was wrong (turned out to be mostly operator error) but instructed me how to use the electronics of the vehicle. Salesperson was great - Sherry Jackson. The man (unknown name) she had to get to approve the sale amount was rude and condescending. Drove 4 hours to buy a car, the dealership knew I was out of state; waited until we were done with paperwork to tell me they would not accept a personal check. I made arrangements to pay electronically and that was also unacceptable. I had to make another 8 hour (round trip) to get the car. Had it not been exactly what I wanted, I would not have returned. I left the first day feeling like a criminal - the only person who treated us with any kindness and dignity was Sherry. Lastly, I was told it would be 10 days of transfer paperwork - at day 17 I called. At day 23, I received the paperwork. Vicky (from Wilson's Hyundai dealership, was very nice and easy to deal with) found what I needed and sent it overnight, after multiple phone calls Vicky was the only person who provided assistance. I gave a 2 star rating ONLY because Sherry and Vicky were nice. The rest of the people we encountered were rude and condescending. It was the worse car buying experience I have ever had.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Melody took in consideration what I needed and wanted and provided. The testing of the vehicle went smooth. Melody was very caring of my vehicle needs and provided a lot of information on the features of the vehicle. Great Buying Experience
My wife wanted a new car. Randy Legge did a GREAT job of handling her and she ended up with a Buick Lacrosse. She loves it. We have had Cadillacs for 40 years but just could not fine one we liked. Matt did a Great job handling the finances and Ric was unbelievably helpful with delivery, especially OnStar. Ric's hand out on OnStar was and is an unbelievable help, particularly how it was numbered and color coated. It was a GREAT experience and my wife loves the car. I definitely recommend Wilson County Motors. Stephen Moon is one of the best service writers I have ever come across. You just can't miss with this dealership.

We felt very comfortable at this dealership and were happy with the selection of vehicles offered. The staff members were friendly and easy to converse with. They were very professional while maintaining a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Because we had our 6 year old son with us we didn’t have a lot of time to waste and we appreciated how quickly they got the paperwork done. We were very pleased with our experience here.

Best experience ever from a bad situation!!
Matt, Katherine (Kat), Michele, Louis and Rick went above and beyond to help me and my family out when we broke down in Tennessee. We were on vacation from Texas to Pennsylvania when we broke down in Lebanon TN. We were able to limp our car to the dealership. Kat greeted us and we told her about the car. Unfortunately they could not help us on Saturday because there were no technicians there to look at the transmission. We were stuck until Monday. kat introduced us to Michele who was trying to get our paperwork together. I made a comment to her stating that I might as well buy another vehicle. She introduced me to Matt. Matt showed us a few vehicles that evening. I told him that we would be back on Monday to see what they would say about our car. Matt actually drove us to the hotel since we had to leave the car. On Monday, Matt came back to the hotel to pick me up so we could discuss our car and see what our options were. Unfortunately the transmission was shot and they could not get one there for 3 days. I needed to get to PA because my father was having throat cancer surgery that Thursday. So I decided to buy a vehicle from Matt. Matt was not pushy and took his time with my concerns. We purchased the vehicle the next day and was on our way. One of the owners came out to speak to me about our car and our bad luck. I call it a blessing in disguise. everyone was so helpful and sympathetic to our situation. I never felt so much friendliness in one place before. Thank you Kat, Matt, Louis, Michele and Rick. You made a bad situation feel like it never happened. I can't say it enough. Thank you!! I will happily drive to Lebanon to buy my next vehicle from Matt and the team!!
