My husband and i initially walked in to look at a truck we had seen online. When we arrived it was already after 5pm therefore we weren’t sure what to expect. Then a gentlemen walked out and introduced himself to us his name was Brent. He proceeded to tell us to come inside as it was very cold outside to talk more. We told him about the truck we seen and he proceeded to to walk the yard out to truck and drive it the front door so we didn’t have to walk in the cold. After discussing further into details on the truck we discovered that we could not afford the initial given monthly payment. Brent and the team the next day continued to do research on finding a cheaper rate. Brent called and texted my husband with updates pertaining to the monthly price that of which each time would go down a little further. They were finally able to achieve a price that we could afford. I personally am very impressed on how nice Brent and the team are compared to others and how they were able to work with us to buy our new truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

Seems to take an extremely long time from time that deal was made with salesman to time we drove off the lot. We realize there is a lot of transactions to be done but we were at the dealership in excess of 5 hours.

Buying cars with today’s technology has created a very similar purchasing process at every dealership. No matter where you buy you are going to get roughly about the same deal at each dealership. After visiting dealerships in the big city, I stopped by small town Wilson County Motors. I could instantly tell that the pace at this dealership was a lot slower. In scale and sales they are a very large big city dealership but that’s as far as it goes. Everything else is small town. It is not a race to see how fast they can get you in and out especially if you’re not going to buy. Sales associates allowed me to tell them what I wanted and was interested in versus trying to pitch me what they wanted to sell me or trying to stear me towards other options. At other car lots you could tell the salesman’s effort diminished as soon as I told them I was just looking and/or researching. At Wilson it didn’t matter; they were just showing me around and enjoying the conversation. There were no sales gimmick’s either; they were not trying to pitch me more for my trade while only increasing their car’s value or trying to sell me a payment. They were honest and upfront; I enjoyed their upfront clear and concise pricing. Buying a car from here feels like now I’ve been invited to be part of their big happy family. I will definitely be going back to them when I’m ready for my next vehicle purchase.
