All dealership personnel participate in factory-sponsored and other available training programs to improve their skills and abilities in the satisfactory performance of their jobs and dealings with customers.
Our service department pledges to provide the best available automotive maintenance and repair service expeditiously and economically. We honor vehicle warranties and all their provisions as well as any dealership warranties. We are totally committed to customer satisfaction.
Our sales departments, both new and used, retail vehicles at fair prices and as presented. Total customer satisfaction is our goal. We adhere to accepted and equitable qualifying, demonstrating, closing and delivery practices. We will not misrepresent either the vehicle or the terms being offered.
Both the sales and service departments have in place and implement an owner follow-up system to determine the degree of customer satisfaction and corrective measures needed to ensure that satisfaction.
Our advertising and sales promotion efforts in all media are factual. We do not resort to gimmickry to attract and maintain our customer base.
